How long does it take to get a response from you!!

Hello.
I created two tickets respectively 10/18/11 7:00 PM and 10/19/11 5:34 AM. I still have not received answers to some of them. I'm like a little depending on feedback when I ask about something. Realize that it may take some time, but this is getting too long. Considering to cancel the purchase if nothing happens soon.

I've been waiting just as long to get a reply from them. I don't think they maintain this anymore. I fell for the same trick. If I knew, I would have bought a different script. The script itself isn't too bad but they're support is non-existent. We might be better off trying to help each other than waiting on them to ever reply. Let me know what the problem is and hopefully I can help answer your question...
